zip are the promo images in PDF format, AND the templates. These are Poser CR2s (etc) extracted from their original exe installers and then zipped to include a DAZ Studio content folder. The models work perfectly fine in DAZ Studio or Poser. And sadly, their masterful creator has mysteriously disappeared (cue eerie theremin music). Unfortunately, they are no longer on the market.
